DESCRIPTION - FILLER/CAPPER:

Tank :

Annular shaped stainless steel tank is machined to close tolerance and mirror finished. The corners are generously rounded off so as to facilitate sanitizing with detergent and steam.

Filling Heads : Adjustable Vent Tube:

The filling heads are of simple sanitary design, all metal parts of stainless steel, non-metallic components of tasteless, odourless, non-toxic, food quality rubber and nylon. Complete valve can be removed from filler tank without opening the lid cover.

Lift Cylinder System :

Pneumatic lift cylinders are made of stainless steel while stationery pistons are made of phosphor-bronze. The bottle platforms are shaped stainless steel with rubber grippers to hold the bottle correctly at all times.

The controlling cam is forged steel hardened to resist wear.

Bottle Guides :

Bottle guides are Nylon materials selected after long tests and experience of handling bottles.

Table Top :

Complete table top covered with stainless steel sheets.

Lubrication :

All vital points lubricated through centralized lubricating pump connected to automatic high pressure cycle, and manual grease nipple bank located at convenient position.

PLASTIC CAPPER:

Sealing heads will be mounted on a cast iron rotary head. The chucks are magnetic coupling type and are adjustable for torque from 7 to 17 inch lbs.

There is an elevator -selector type hopper ,place behind the operator for easy loading of caps. Advantage is that it selects and delivers in the chute. Operator do not have to climb on machine or separate cap feeder is not required. Generally blower type cap feeder picks up dust from the floor level in spite of fine filters used. This filters require periodic cleaning which is eliminated in new design.
